Alice 19th

Alice 19th - Alice Seno seems like a normal girl in high school. She's a bit shy, she's got a crush on a boy named Kyou, and she's got an older sister who is more popular than she is...pretty normal stuff, until Alice has an encounter with a mysterious and magical rabbit girl that changes the course of her life, and Alice is introduced to the sublime power of the Lotis Words.

Okay finished Alice 19th a few weeks ago and I have to say I really did like it. The story moved pretty good and the characters were very nicely done. Loved the artwork too. This is a Shoujo manga so it is geared towards girls.

There are three main characters with main one of course being Alice. Alice finds a rabbit girl named Nyozeka who gives Alice a Lotis bracelet. Everytime Alice learns a Lotis Word, a new stone appears on her bracelet. 24 in all. Alice's older sister is Mayura. Alice loves her very much and sees her as a very beautiful and talented person. Kyou is in the archery club along with Mayura. Alice goes there when they are practicing on the pretense she is watching Mayura but really she goes to see him. Frei is a Lotis Master-in-training from Scandanavia who comes to Japan to help Alice defeat the Maram. Maram are the blackness that fills people's hearts. He can be quite the joker but very serious in his role as protector. Three more Lotis come to Japan when things start to escalate out of Alice's control. Chris from Great Britian is a serious person but becomes a comepletly different person once sweets are involved. Mei Ling is from Shanghai. She's very feisty I would say and believes greatly in justice. Billy is from America and carries a tough guy attitude but tends to be laid back.
